Koyda Ltd is an architectural metalwork and structural steel company based at Jesmor Farm in Lingfield, Surrey. We design, fabricate and install balustrades, balconies, staircases, handrails, plant screens and structural steelwork for main contractors, developers and design teams across London and the South East.
Koyda Ltd is run by its directors, Joe Cromwell and Martin Sweeney, who bring more than 50 years of combined experience. The company was incorporated in 2005.
In 2025 we expanded into aluminium balconies and balustrades and invested in new equipment and transport. In 2026 we moved to larger premises in Lingfield. We have also strengthened our in-house design capability. We model in SolidWorks, coordinate in Revit, draw in AutoCAD, and produce the coordinated drawings and design information contractors need for Gateway 2 under the Building Safety Act.
